Had a ramen lunch at Paya Lear Square, Ramen Keisuke, on one of the days when I had jap food cravings. Went there with my fellow intern/colleague, Zell. It is just a tiny little stall, that was quite popular. The queue when we got there was long. We waited easily 30 mins before we managed to get a seat. (≖_≖ )

From what I heard every single Ramen Keisuke stall is decorated differently and with a different concept. Which is really cool! They serve three types of ramen broth only. Which is original, Black Spicy Ramen and Red Spicy Ramen. They serve free flow of hard boil egg and seasoned bean sprouts (yummy…) (ɔ◔︣‿◔︣)ɔ ❤ |
I had the Black Spicy Ramen and Zell got the Red Spicy Ramen. It is so that we can try both flavours. There wasn’t really any difference. The ingredients and noodles were the same, even for the soup base (which is tonkustu I think). The only difference was the oil. The red one being chili oil, and the black one being black pepper oil.
The service was quite fast. We only got to eating one hard-boiled egg each and taking some photos when the ramen arrived.
